How do I retrieve my username/password?

Where do we ship?
We will ship within the continental US. For information about shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally please contact our Laguna Beach location at (949) 497-8700.
When will my order arrive?
We will get your order out ASAP. Generally orders arrive within 1-2 weeks, and sometimes 3 weeks, depending on shipping location. Please allow extra time for shipments outside the continental US, larger items, and orders placed during the holiday season. Also keep in mind that many of our pieces are handmade and from small artists, thus additional time may be required.
What if I need my order shipped immediatly or overnight?

Can I track my package?

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Call our Laguna Beach location at (949) 497-8700 to notify us. Retain all the original packaging and broken items for at least two weeks unless otherwise instructed. It's important that you follow this procedure so that we can process your claim with the shipping company. Art for the Soul will help in any way we can but we cannot be responsible for collecting on lost or damaged goods or for replacing damaged items when the above procedure is not followed.
Can I redeem a gift certificate or store credit online?
Please call our Laguna Beach location at (949) 497-8700 to place an order with a gift certificate or store credit.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the item within 7 days (Store Credit Only) of receiving your purchase, with a copy of the receipt, in person to either of our Orange County locations or you may return the item via UPS or the US Postal Service.
For a store credit less any shipping costs as long as the item is returned in good condition. to:

If you receive a defective item, please return it within 7 days from the purchase date with a copy of the receipt to one of our two Orange County locations or via UPS or the US Postal Service. We will gladly replace the item or if that is not possible, you will receive store credit.

Special Orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
Why don't you have the same products online that are in the store?
We will be adding new merchandise to our website regularly. You may be able to find the pieces you loved online at a later date. Unfortunately some items will never be available online because they are one of a kind or because our current contract with the artist states that we cannot sell their work online. These extremely unique pieces may be ordered over the phone by calling the location where you saw them; please see the following question for our contact information.

What is your jewelry made of?
The metal type will be listed in the item description. Here are definitions for the metal types we carry:
How do I care for my jewelry?
We recommend cleaning jewelry with a soft, non-treated, polishing cloth. We do not recommend using harsh chemicals or abrasives because they will lightly scratch the surface of the jewelry, causing decreased luster over time.
I'm having trouble with my pendulum clock, what do I do?
Setting up your pendulum clock: unlock pendulum holder from its shipping position by gently sliding to the right until it hangs freely. Carefully place pendulum on hanger.
Batteries: Insert a fresh "AA" or a "C" battery according to the +/- symbols. Alkaline type batteries should be used. You should change your clock batteries once a year. This will ensure accurate time keeping.
Low battery warning feature: if your clock pendulum stops this is your notice to replace the current batteries with fresh ones.
Time setting: Set time by advancing the minute hand or hand setting knob at the rear of movement clockwise to the correct time.
Mounting wall clocks: hang your clock making sure the mechanism itself is vertical so that the pendulum can swing evenly on either side of the hump on the bottom of the mechanism (taking into account that some of our clocks are asymmetrical and may be slightly tilted to one side or the other to achieve the proper balance). Tilt your nail or screw slightly upward to hold the clock tight into the wall (nail should be sticking out of the wall about 1/4"). Start pendulum swinging by moving it approximately two inches to the right and releasing it, taking care that nothing is obstructing the swing arm.
Loose clock hand: simply push the hand firmly back down the white shaft.
Not keeping time: try new batteries first (even if the pendulum is swinging). Make sure the hands are not obstructing each other (bend away from each other gently if need be).
Pendulum not swinging: change batteries, check to make sure pendulum is unlocked (see setting up your pendulum clock above), or make sure clock is flush against wall.
